Careers

Help Texas sleep better.

Medigy is a Texas sleep therapy company caring for CPAP and BiPAP patients from Fort Worth to San Antonio. If you want work that visibly helps people, start here.

Working at Medigy

A results-driven team, serving patients since 2003.

We fit, ship, and support the equipment that treats sleep apnea — and we stay with patients long after the first delivery. That means a team of people who answer the phone, chase the insurance, set up the machine, check the fit, and follow up. It's practical work with an obvious point to it.

The work is genuinely clinical

Medigy has cared for sleep apnea patients since 2003. Every role here — intake, clinical setup, billing, claims, resupply — ends with someone sleeping better and breathing easier that night.

Small team, real ownership

You'll know everyone's name and see the whole path a patient takes. Good ideas get tried instead of queued, and the person who spots a problem is usually the person who gets to fix it.

Accredited and careful

We're ACHC accredited and we take patient privacy seriously. Doing it properly is the expectation here, not the exception.

Benefits

What we offer the people who work here.

Paid time off and holidays

Time to rest, and the holidays off to spend with the people you'd rather be with.

Half-day Fridays

Every Friday is a half day. The weekend starts at lunchtime.

What we look for

True of every role on this page.

Each posting lists what's specific to that job. These three apply across all of them, so read them once here.

At least a year in the medical field

That part is required. Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) or sleep therapy specifically is what we look hardest for, but it isn't a prerequisite.

Communication and attention to detail

Most of this job is talking to patients, providers, and insurers — and getting the details right the first time, because a transposed number becomes someone's delayed equipment.

A certification or degree helps, but isn't required

Relevant credentials are a plus. We'd rather have someone careful who wants to learn this work than someone credentialed who doesn't.

Where we work

Medigy serves patients from Fort Worth, Dallas, Waco, Austin, and San Antonio — plus flex sites across the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston metros. Every posting says where that particular role is based.
